Google Data Deletion

AllieMinate stores Google account configuration and OAuth credentials locally on your device. AllieMinate does not keep a server copy. Use the steps below to remove access and local Google user data.

1. Remove linked accounts

1. Open AllieMinate.
2. Open Settings, then Connected Accounts.
3. Select Remove beside each additional Google Drive or Google Photos account.

Remove deletes that account record and OAuth refresh token from AllieMinate's local application data. It does not delete files from Google Drive or Google Photos.

2. Clear cached Google files

1. Open Settings, then Cache.
2. Select Clear Cache.

This deletes locally cached previews and opened remote files. Downloaded, synchronized, or transferred copies remain in the destination folders you selected until you delete them.

3. Revoke Google authorization

1. Open Google Account third-party connections.
2. Select AllieMinate.
3. Remove AllieMinate's access.

Revocation invalidates Google's authorization and prevents further access. It does not delete files stored in your Google account.

4. Delete all remaining local AllieMinate data

Use this step to remove the primary Google Drive credential or every remaining local account record, setting, and cached item. Quit AllieMinate first.

macOS

1. In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder.
2. Enter ~/Library/Application Support/alliminate-desktop-app/.
3. Move that folder to Trash, then empty Trash when ready.

Windows

1. Quit AllieMinate.
2. Open File Explorer and enter %APPDATA%\alliminate-desktop-app\ in the address bar.
3. Delete that folder, then empty Recycle Bin when ready.

Local deletion takes effect when the files are removed from your device. AllieMinate has no central server copy to process or retain.
